Newcastle Baths & Glenrock Elopement | Rhiannon & Mitch

When Rhiannon messaged me, I knew she was going to be a bit wild. The plans were awesome, low key elopement in the Pine Forest at Watagans, just a few close family and friends and nothing else. Sounded perfect! In the preceding months however, as many locals would recall, bush fires ravaged our poor state which forced the state governments to close all Parks. Unfortunately, this meant the original plan was off. We were so bummed, yes, me included!

So I was so happy when Rhiannon called me a month later telling me they found a new location, this really cool little river nestled amongst the forest in Glenrock, just south of Newcastle. I was so happy, I knew no matter what happened, this elopement was going to be epic.

Fast forward to the day, we met at 6am at the Newcastle Baths for some unbelievably cute sunrise photos of Rhiannon, Mitch, and of course, their one and only fur baby. We had such a fun time just kicking it around the pools. After heading to get a coffee, we started our trek to Glenrock, and thankfully, with storm clouds looming, we made it just in time for the entire ceremony and gathering to go off without a hitch.
