My most common question of all time. My suggestion is, Neutrals work best. It is impossible to mismatch neutral colours. Splashes of colour are great and add to the contrast, but if you are both wearing incredibly colourful clothing, the image can become confusing for the viewer and the over-stimulation of colours can distract the viewer from what the image is about…you! A similar thing is with patterns. The more differing patterns, the more confusing the image will become to view. I suggest similar patterns, or no patterns at all. As a general rule of thumb, woman can be a bit more adventurous with clothing colours and patterns. For men, I would normally suggest nice jeans, or nice chinos, a nice top or collared shirt if that’s your style and a jacket if it is cold. For women, a nice dress (if weather permits) or if it is colder, nice jeans, maybe some boots, a nice top and a jacket with a scarf. These shoots are not formal, so no need to dress in a formal sense, but we want to avoid being too casual (don’t arrive in VB footy shorts, a singlet and thongs guys). I suggest to always bring a change of clothes, just in case of clashes, or if we want to change up the look. You will get much better photos if you do this!

Life happens, right? Things come up and you have to do them. I get it, I am a human being too. All I ask is that you get in touch with me and let me know as soon as you can. Inside of 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations. If you wish to reschedule, we can switch it across to another day and time and your confirmation fee will be transferred. If the weather is terrible (this does not include light rain), I will reschedule your shoot with you and transfer your deposit.

Please, please contact me. If you contact me, I can call my next appointment and let them know I will be late to them. This almost always means everyone is happy, and knows what to expect. If you do not contact me, and I cannot let my next appointment know, however late you are will cut into your photoshoot time. This means we may be more rushed, and get less images. A simple call to let me know is all I need to handle everything on my end. Then all you have to do is enjoy your photoshoot when you arrive.

The hard part is over for you! But now we must play the waiting game. 7-14 days on average to be exact. It takes a while to create beautiful images that you would be proud enough to hang prominently all over your house, so please be patient with me. Once your images are done, you will be sent an email with a link to your online gallery. You will also receive a private message or text message notifying you of this, just in case it goes to your junk mail. From there, please follow the step by step instructions outlined in the email. If you have any issues please just ask me.

Another very common question. You know as well as I do, that if I love the photos of you two, then they are going to make you feel some seriously serious feels. Most people want to get these images and print some for around the house, give them to parents/grandparents as a gift, and many even opt to get them in a beautiful album to remember forever. After your photoshoot, you will have the opportunity to purchase 1 of 3 packages, depending on the number of photos you wish. Prices were sent in the previosu email sent to you, so feel free to go back for a refresher if needed, but on average most couples spend approx $750. The images will stay online for 90 days. After 90 days, all images will be removed from the server and hard drives to free up space for future clients.

I've been in this situation more times than I want to admit! Thankfully I offer multiple payments options. You can pay online via bank transfer or credit card. If you don’t like those options, you can jump onto a payment plan. The payment plans are similar to ‘Afterpay’. You can make 4 fortnightly installments.

That’s great. Obviously this means we made a genuine connection and you loved your images. First thing to know is, whatever amount of money you spend on your images with me, I will add that to your wedding invoice as a credit towards prints/album pages! So if you buy a $1000 package, and later book me for your wedding, you will get $1000 back in prints credit to use after your wedding! As for what you need to do…just tell me! Tell me you want to book my services and I will take care of the rest. But be ready, I will be excited. Because if you loved working with me that much, chances are I probably enjoyed it just as much and am going to be totally pumped to capture your wedding day!
